Bubby the Seal: iOS Stickers for fundraising
Introduction
Seals are the loveable puppies of the sea and happen to be my spirit animal. Yet each year, hundreds of thousands of seals are hunted each year for their plush fur coats. As a response, I created Bubby — an illustrated emoji set featuring a chubby grey harp seal living his best life in Canada.
The sticker pack includes 14 different poses of Bubby expressing a range of emotions as only he can. 100% of all proceeds from every Bubby download are donated toward organizations fighting to end seal hunting. Now, the simple act of texting with your friends can actually help support animal conservation!

Process
The first step was to list out all the expressions I wanted. After hand-sketching them, I digitalized them in Illustrator. I had to learn Swift to build the iOS stickers and upload them to the App store.
